DUI laws
When it comes to DUI laws, each state will have its own legal parameters. There are many factors involved in determining DUI, which could mean a serious crime on a federal level, resulting in jail or prison time, or a warning with probation and community service. Today, DUI laws are much stricter than they have ever been. Since many innocent lives have been compromised by DUI incidents, prompting harsher penalties and enforcement of DUI, it is expected that DUI laws will continue to be stricter, and new laws will be established to keep drunk drivers off the roads.
